• CRAWFORDVILLE BRANCH RELOCATION

  To better serve our members living or working in Wakulla County, Florida State University Credit Union is moving its Crawfordville Branch to a new location. The branch, located at 2655-C Crawfordville Highway for the last 6 years will move 1.5 miles North to 2190 Crawfordville Highway. The new location is larger with better parking and will include three drive-thru lanes and a drive-up ATM. Business hours will remain the same. **Due to circumstances beyond our control, the relocation has been delayed with an anticipated opening date of June 1st.**

  • DON'T GET DENIED AT THE CHECKOUT LINE

    Due to the recent regulatory requirements, members must now sign a consent form to participate in overdraft protection (Courtesy Pay) for ATM and debit card transactions. Courtesy Pay protects your checking account when you don't have enough funds in your checking account to cover a transaction. FSUCU will continue to authorize and pay overdrafts for checks and ACH items; however, if you want to continue Courtesy Pay for ATM and debit card transactions you must Opt-in. If you would like to Opt-In for Courtesy Pay for your ATM and debit card transactions, please take one of the following steps:

    Click here for the Courtesy Pay Opt-In Form. Complete the form and deliver it to your nearest branch, fax to 850.668-0418 or mail to FSU Credit Union, P. O. Box 182499, Tallahassee, FL 32318.
    Stop by any branch to complete a form.
    Complete the form online using Virtuoso. After you log-in, select Account Services. You will then need to choose your account suffix under the Courtesy Pay box to the right. Click update, select the Enroll Options box, update and then next to complete the process.
